How do I change the info on my page?
When you sign up for a Gold or Platinum membership you will be given a User Name and Password, which you will use as a backdoor to your page. Once there, you can change text, insert coupons or pictures; change your video or whatever you want. You just select pictures or coupons from files on your own computer and import them! Easy!

What if I don't know how to insert a picture on my page?
You can contact us at anytime and we'll take you through it step by step or you can mail us a picture and for a small fee we'll put it on your page for you. We can even help you write a professional description of your business and the services you offer!

How do you advertise?
Our main mission is to drive targeted traffic directly to you from search engine sites on the web like Google, Yahoo, etc… Other forms of advertising like television, radio and print ads are taken care of by several different marketing firms.

What if I've paid for a Gold or Platinum membership and have a low star rating and bad customer reviews. Do I get my money back?
Unfortunately no. The money that you paid for membership was used for the set up, maintenance, and advertising of your page whether it's up for one day or one year. The main thing that you must remember is that there is no better way to attract NEW customers than by other customer referrals! All businesses will have a few bad ratings, remember the old saying, “You can't please all of the people all of the time.” So! If you should find that your customers are unhappy with your service MOST of the time, you might want to find another line of work!

What if I'm not licensed or insured? Can I still have a listing with your company? Yes you can still have a listing but we would suggest that you check with the proper authorities in your state as to whether or not you need a license to perform the services in your particular profession. Any business claiming to have a license that does not, will be immediately removed from our site!
