How many business listings do you have in each category? How do I decide which one to choose?
We do not have a limit on business listings in any specific category because new businesses and new categories pop up everyday! Customers just like you get to rate and leave reviews of each business, which helps in your decision making by reading how others perceive that business and their services, good or bad. This way you can read what others think of this business before you hire them! Choosing a business has never been easier!

What if I know of a great service professional that is not listed on your site?
Please, recommend them! Just go to our home page and click on the “Refer a business” button, fill out the info and that's it!

My brother just started his own landscaping business and doesn't have much money for advertising. Would it cost a lot for him to advertise on your site?
No! Tell your brother it's FREE for a basic listing with RatingsAndReferrals.Com! A basic listing will get his business name and contact info out to the searching public. He may upgrade to our Gold or Platinum membership for a small fee in order to provide the public with more detailed info such as a photo or printable coupons for his customers.

Are all businesses licensed and insured?
Not necessarily. Some businesses choose to offer more information than others. Our Gold and Platinum memberships offer much more information than those businesses with just a basic listing, like whether they are licensed, insured, how long they've been in business, etc. But all business listings have customer reviews. If the info is NOT displayed but you find that they still have great customer ratings and reviews and you decide to contact them, ask them yourself just to make sure! And be sure to tell them that displaying licensing info is important to you when making a decision to hire a professional.
